Last year, Reilly Craft Pizza & Drink set out on a mission to deliver delicious meals to hungry Tucsonans on the north side of town — keeping its downtown location movin’ in full swing as well. The journey was a successful operation and those visiting other nearby businesses, like Tap & Bottle North, have had a new spot to visit.
Fast forward to now and marking its first year of service at the northeast corner of Oracle and Ina Road, Reilly North has unveiled new menus for lunch and Happy Hour.
This is a pretty big deal because it’s the first time the restaurant has expanded its offerings beyond its traditional dinner service. More options for quality dining, snacking, and sipping during the weekdays and weekends and at reasonable prices, too. That’s what Reilly wants to offer northwest residents.
“We’ve been thinking about doing lunch and Happy Hour at our northwest location for some time, but this announcement today is really a direct response to our valued guests who’ve been asking for them since we opened a year ago,” said Courtney Fenton, the restaurant’s co-owner and director of operations.
While many of the restaurant’s signature starters, salads, pasta, and pizzas are available for both lunch and dinner, there are three premium sandwiches, served with a simple salad, making their official and exclusive debut on the lunch menu.
“We believe strongly that every meal should be memorable, even if it’s a quick lunch or a happy hour snack, and we’re thrilled to be offering our neighbors more memorable moments in the mid-day,” said Fenton.
The lunch menu also features a nifty special. They’ve got an eight-inch version of any one of the restaurant’s 11 signature pizzas and a simple salad combo for $14.
At Reilly North’s new Happy Hour, guests will enjoy the award-winning bar’s nod to classic cocktails, featuring a rotating selection of favorites, from Bee’s Knees to Rye Manhattans to Moscow Mules, for only $8 each. It’s almost as if you’re down in the basement of Reilly, savoring a crafty cocktail in the Tough Luck Club, but at a discount. Plus, Reilly North has a backlit wall that’s the same as in Tough Luck Club, including the black steel they’ve got at the downtown location — making you feel right at home.
The full bar service will also be available, as will a discount-priced snacks menu with three guest favorites.
“This is all about doing what we do best, and that’s making pizzas with long-fermentation dough as well as a variety of pasta, all using local, organic, and freshly milled flour,” said Tyler Fenton, co-owner and executive chef. “Whether it’s lunch, Happy Hour, or dinner, out with the family, with co-workers, or on a pseudo date night, we’re making the kinds of foods that people want to enjoy together.”
Lunch is available Tuesday – Sunday from 11:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. The restaurant is then closed from 2:30 – 4:30 p.m. so staff can enjoy a team meal together and prepare for dinner service. Happy Hour runs Tuesday – Sunday from 4:30 – 6:00 p.m. Dinner service remains on Tuesday – Thursday from 4:30 – 9:00 p.m., Friday – Saturday from 4:30 – 10:00 p.m, and Sunday from 4:30 – 9:00 p.m. The restaurant is closed on Monday.
