Al Gusto Coffee’s New Set of Wheels Hit the Road

From pizza joints to taprooms and coffee shops, big things have been brewing out of Marana for some time now and the list continues to grow. Al Gusto Coffee Company is one of those businesses that’s impacting the community with its caffeine concoctions. They’re always evolving, too.

Earlier this month, Aldo Boccaccio, the owner of Al Gusto Coffee, officially debuted his brand-new coffee truck/van and couldn’t be more excited to show it off.

“We have a deep appreciation for our Marana community and we want to represent our town proudly with our new vehicle,” said Boccaccio. “Our vehicle is wrapped with beautiful digital art and scenery created by local artist Abby Narter. We are taking and representing Marana everywhere we go!”

The former setup, which was a hand-crafted coffee trailer, worked just fine and dandy. Now, the new energy-boosting mobile gives Boccaccio the opportunity to be more efficient and flexible — it makes booking back-to-back events a piece of cake.

“This has been all possible thank you to our local community’s continued support for our small business,” he added.

Their menu continues to offer hot and iced coffees as well as fresh bagged coffee beans. Currently, Al Gusto Coffee is catering to all types of events, too, like weddings, parties, promotions, shows, expos, and corporate events.

“Eventually, I want to be the local Marana roaster because Marana does not have a local coffee roasting company,” Boccaccio told Mark Whittaker earlier this year. “Tucson and Phoenix have a ton of local roasters so I want to put Marana on the coffee roasting map. There should always be a local coffee shop with its own roaster and I think Marana needs that because it is growing so fast.”
