American Eat Co. is hosting a grand opening for its expanded space on Saturday, June 22.
The 2,600-square-foot space on the north side of the building was previously unoccupied. It includes a second bar geared for additional entertainment, such as arcade cabinets, a jukebox, and 10 televisions with surround sound.

“In a nutshell, this bar will be the obnoxious little brother of our existing Market Bar,” said Guillermo Gallegos, operating partner with the Common Group.
Additionally, the bar includes an expanded michelada and mimosa menu, along with over 120 canned beer options to enjoy in-house or buy to-go.
The expanded space also features murals from local artists Jessica Gonzales and Jonny Bubonik. Framed local art will rotate as well.
Furthermore, the expansion includes Berry Greens Acai & Juice Bar. The new joint features the namesake items along with smoothies, aguas frescas, parfaits, toasts, and a granola fruit bowl.
