Arizona Vineyard Earns National Acclaim
Food & Wine magazine named Los Milics Vineyards its featured vineyard for the September 2025 harvest issue.
“I believe this is the first time Food & Wine has singled out an Arizona vineyard to highlight in the harvest issue,” said Pavle Milic, Los Milics winemaker and co-owner. “It’s amazing to hear Arizona wine described as ‘world class.’ This is a huge win for Arizona because this level of recognition elevates all of us. In our world, it doesn’t get any better than this.”
Story Years in the Making
Food & Wine writer and photographer visited Los Milics in August 2024 during a night harvest in Elfrida. The visit remained under wraps for nearly a year while the magazine prepared the feature.
“We are so proud that our wine and food has come to the attention of this prestigious publication,” said Mo Garfinkle, Los Milics co-owner. “It’s humbling to have achieved this in such a short time. I believe this feature reflects on the commitment and creativity of our entire team and confirms that Arizona wine country has arrived.”
