Toast, English muffins, and bagels get all the breakfast bread love, but flatbread deserves some attention too.
At The Dutch Eatery & Refuge, their Breakfast Flatbread is loaded with avocado, smoked salmon, herbed cheese, and a fried egg.
Breakfast is served all day at the Dutch, so you could make this brunch your dinner. Also, be aware this flatbread is large enough to share, so bring some friends and get some mimosas.
The Dutch recently added some cozy new booths and launched a breakfast happy hour daily from 7:30 – 9:30 a.m. with a long list of drink specials: $1 off specialty mimosas, $2 off mimosa flights, $3 classic mimosas, $4 draft beer, $5 well cocktails and prickly pear margaritas, and $6 Spicy Mango Cart micheladas.
The Dutch Eatery & Refuge is located at 943 E. University Blvd. For more information, visit thedutchtucson.com.
