Located in American Eat Co., Fatboy Sandos offers a variety of traditional Japanese-style vegan and non-vegan menu items.
One of the standout vegan options on the menu is the new Negi Miso Chili Crisp Onigiri. This rice ball contains sauteed leeks, shallots, white miso, and chili crisp oil. For a side dish, try the Furikake Fries with a side of lemon garlic mayo for just 75 cents.

If you’re in the mood for something sweet, the Fruit & Cream Sando features custom-made (vegan) milk bread with your choice of orange or strawberry filling, making for a perfect dessert or snack.
