It’s the perfect time of beer for the March Hoppiness Beer Festival, benefitting the non-profit, Project Insight.
Thirteen local Arizona beverage producers will be pouring your favorite beverages, including:

Saturdays at the Garden Kitchen are held monthly at The Garden Kitchen. These events offer a physical activity class, a food demonstration (you get to try all the food and take home the recipes!), and a gardening class.
HOW TO BAKE OOH LA LA CROISSANTS
Saturday, March 11 from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Antsy Nancy, 5655 E. River Rd. #101

In this class, you’ll learn key techniques for working with a yeasted dough, creating a butter-laminated dough (layering the dough with butter and folding it over), proofing them to achieve the right texture, and finally, baking them to a rich golden brown. When you taste the buttery flavor of your croissants fresh from the oven, you’ll be so happy that you made the investment in making them from scratch.
Cost: $75. Register here.
There’s an approximate 45-60 minute wait while the croissants proof and bake. Students are encouraged to enjoy lunch or shopping in River Center during downtime. Students may also opt to take their croissants home to bake.
SUNSET SUPPER AT TUCSON VILLAGE FARM

Saddle up and head over to Arizona Zipline Adventures for another Grill Your Own Steak Night! There will be a variety of steaks as well as chicken and portobellos to choose from. They’ll have all the seasonings and settings for you to have a great time, you just have to decide how you want it done.
