Rosebud Bakery is a family-run artisanal bakery located in the historic Five Points area in Tucson. The sisters behind it draw inspiration from their grandmother’s Montana-based baking traditions and use heritage grains and locally sourced ingredients. Favorites include the sourdough loaves, especially the whole-grain versions and focaccia slices, which often sell out by noon. They also offer dairy-free and vegan options.

IOU Sushi III has closed. The all-you-can-eat sushi restaurant on North Oracle Road announced the news on Facebook after about 10 years in Tucson. “This is the hardest post I’ve had to write,” the owners said. Today, owners Pam Santangelo and Kevin Breutzmann keep the Tucson bar exactly as regulars remember it.
