Noble Hops is hosting a four-course dinner featuring four beers from Oregon-based Deschutes Brewery at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, November 22.
The feast starts with the light River Ale but includes the Hop Trip and Sagefight from the hop-focused Bond Street Series and the barrel-aged 28th Anniversary Black Butte Porter, which was brewed with chiles, cranberries, figs.

First Course
- Spinach tossed in balsamic vinaigrette, topped with candied hazelnuts, sliced pear and blue cheese crumbles
- Paired with River Ale Northwest Session Ale
Second Course
- Pine-baked salmon resting on a bed of frisée served with fresh mushrooms, boiled potatoes, and garlic olive oil
- Paired with Hop Trip Pale Ale
Third Course
- Two lamb sliders, one with BBQ lamb topped with coleslaw and one lamb mole topped with pickled jalapeños and cilantro
- Paired with 28th Anniversary Black Butte Porter
Fourth Course
- Blueberry hand pies with caramel and sage
- Paired with Sage Fight Imperial IPA
