Tucson Foodie & Urban Retreat Center Host Second Healthy Happy Hour at Food for Ascension Cafe

On Friday May 15, from 5 to 6:30pm, Tucson Foodie and Sifu Kelley Graham of the Urban Retreat Center will host the second Healthy Happy Hour at Food for Ascension Cafe.

Midwestern University’s Dr. Gregory Hollick will speak briefly about heart health and lifestyle, as well as take questions from attendees. Hollick completed his residency at Sierra Vista Regional Health Center and has taught tai chi and meditation in southern Arizona for 10 years.

Sifu Kelley Graham will speak about mindfulness meditation, food for weight management, and how to achieve more enjoyment from meals.

Space is limited to 25.
