Have you had a sandwich for dessert?
If you finished a meal with a ham and cheese sandwich, that’s fine, but we’re talking about ice cream sandwiches here. The summertime favorite needs no spoon; hands will do. Just make sure to eat it quickly so that it doesn’t melt all over you.
Here’s our list of go-to ice cream sandwiches in Tucson.

HUB features both house-baked cookies and house-made ice cream. With flavors for both rotating, you can pick your flavors for each for a custom ice cream sandwich concoction. Additionally, you can pick up a ready-made one from the freezer to take on the go.

Monsoon Chocolate
234 E. 22nd St.
https://www.instagram.com/p/BnMVgEwD0cG/
Yes, calling a taco a sandwich is absurd. In the context of ice cream, it’s fair game. Plus, if you turn a taco sideways, it becomes a sandwich.
Anyways, Monsoon Chocolate’s Chocotaco features a waffle taco shell filled with frozen salted sweet corn custard, dipped in chocolate, and sprinkled with toasted pecans.
Frozen custard isn’t technically ice cream, but it’s close enough in this case. Carry on.
