On Tuesday July 8th and July 15th, Zinburger will team up with Lagunitas Brewing to offer two four-course dinners, pairing award-winning fare with unique California crafted brews. A rep from the brewery will be on tap to walk guests through the pairings for each course on the menu, which looks something like this:
- Onion Rings, paired with Lagunitas Pils Czech Style Pilsner
- The Farm Salad, paired with Lagunitas Daytime Fractional IPA
- Zinburger Slider and Chuck Norris Slider, paired with Lagunitas IPA
- Stout Cake, paired with Lagunitas Censored Rich Copper Ale
Zinburger’s mid-town location, 6390 E. Grant Rd., will host the dinner on July 8th and the eatery’s north-side location, 1865 E. River Rd., will serve as destination for the July 15th dinner. Both events will begin at 6 pm and cost $35 per person.
