Flour provides the backbone for countless comfort food favorites, but it doesn’t get enough love on its own as an ingredient.
At Zinman’s Food Shop, they take the time and care to mill their own grains and make their own pasta.
The house Pasta Salad features house-made cold durum noodles on a bed of seasonal crunchy raw vegetables with nutty tahini sauce.
The dish somehow creates a pasta paradox; it’s pasta and delicious, but it’s also healthy. You’ll feel much better after eating this than you would with a bowl of mac and cheese.
