Prep & Pastry, one of Tucson’s busiest restaurants, opened its first location outside of Tucson.
The restaurant’s third location officially opened at 7025 E. Via Soleri, Unit 175 at Scottsdale’s Broadstone Waterfront on Tuesday morning.
Inside, the space seats 90; the patio has room for 50. The interior features the brand’s signature shades of blue and white along with elegant gold and marble accents. Wooden furniture and plants add warmth.
The menu will stay mostly the same, including the focus on making the food fresh every day.
