Prime Leaf Dispensary Presents Flower Hour with VARZ Cannabis

Prime Leaf Dispensary Presents Flower Hour with VARZ Cannabis

Jan 14, 20262 min read

If you’ve been craving a more intentional, elevated way to experience cannabis with others — one that prioritizes connection, education, and quality over excess — Flower Hour with Tucson Doobie is calling your name.

From 6–8 p.m. on Thursday, January 22, Tucson Doobie Members are invited to attend an exclusive Flower Hour presented by Prime Leaf Dispensary and featuring premium Arizona cannabis brand Varz. The event will be held at Moroso Medical Center, creating a relaxed, welcoming space for an intentionally intimate evening.

Your chance to try new strains before anyone else

For this edition of Flower Hour, the Varz Cannabis team will be on hand — cultivators, extractors, and leadership included — to share insight into their newest genetics before they hit dispensary shelves. It’s a rare chance to see, smell, and savor upcoming strains while learning about phenohunting, grow methods, and what truly sets a premium brand apart.

More Than just a Tasting

Flower Hour is a members-only tasting experience designed to slow things down. The emphasis is on flavor, aroma, cultivation practices, and meaningful connection. Members are invited to explore a curated lineup of products while engaging directly with the people behind the brand.

Because Flower Hour is about the full experience, a few thoughtful extras are part of the night:

  • Cheba Hut will be on site with munchie cures
  • A 2026 DIY Vision Board Table, where members can set intentions and manifest what’s next
  • Space to connect with fellow members who value cannabis culture, not just consumption

Who Can Attend?

Flower Hour is exclusive to Tucson Doobie Members — there are no public tickets and no door sales. This intentional limitation keeps the event intimate, conversational, and genuinely special.

Not a member yet? Joining Tucson Doobie unlocks access to Flower Hours, infused dinners, over $7,000 in dispensary savings, curated cannabis events, and a like-minded community that values elevated culture and shared connection. Membership is the only way in. Join in the Mobile App.

The post continued, “we have met some great friends who have become family to us.” Tucson Foodie first visited the restaurant in 2017, when it operated as IOU Sushi IV.

Anne Rysdale built @sheltercocktaillounge in 1961 with concrete walls, lava rock, and Cold War nerves. Today, owners Pam Santangelo and Kevin Breutzmann keep the Tucson bar exactly as regulars remember it. Inside, martinis share space with JFK memorabilia, a vintage atomic chandelier, and a suit of armor named Charlie. “Tucson is changing so much, but this has stayed the same. It’s a time capsule,” Santangelo said.
