6 – 9 p.m. Tuesday, January 17 • $60 per person
Chef Judith Baigent King will teach the final class in the series of three focused on taking the stress out of holiday entertaining. This one is focused on comfort food, which you deserve after wrapping up the season.
- Roasted pepper, perlini and arugula salad with fresh mint dressing
- Cornish game hens with dried fruit and honey
- Creamy polenta
- Sautéed zucchini with preserved lemon
- Passionfruit panna cotta with ‘bubble bombs’ and cardamom crescent cookies
