The new cocktail, wine, and beer lounge in downtown Tucson’s historic Citizen building has been off to a great start since opening its doors in August.

Unicorn Zebra, located at 82 S. Stone Ave., is now ready to unveil its new weekly wine-tasting series at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, September 18. The first event will feature live jazz by Joshua Rhoads paired with small bites/charcuterie.
Tickets are $20 per person and include one complimentary wine flight from the available flight selections.
On September 18, they’ll have three international flights of world-class, artisan wines — illustrating a global wine journey through time and evolution. All wines will be available in flight, by the glass, bottle, and case!
“Join us each week for a new wine adventure in taste, sophistication, fun, and style that defines Unicorn Zebra.”
Owners Sandy and Lourens du Plessis, both of who are originally from Cape Town in South Africa, have lived in Tucson for at least five years. The duo has been working for a while now to get Unicorn Zebra up and running (zoning, permits, etc.) and the time has finally come.
Unicorn Zebra is located at 82 S. Stone Ave. Stay up to date with future wine-tasting events by following Unicorn Zebra on Instagram and visiting unicornzebratucson.com.
