Brought to you by the same local organizers behind BaconFest, Michelada Championship, and a handful of other food and drink events around town, the inaugural Lord of the Wings festival, which features 40 local restaurants and 30 brewers, will take place from noon – 4 p.m., Saturday, March 4 at Rillito Park.
Each restaurant will dish out their own unique wing masterpiece while local breweries keep the taps flowing.
A panel of judges will crown one restaurant chef “Lord of the Wings champion.”
Additionally, the event will feature two live bands and a DJ.
Proceeds from ticket sales will benefit Rillito Park Foundation.
Food and beer are included in the price of admission. Attendees must be at least 21 to enter. General admission tickets are available for $40, while VIP tickets are $85. VIP tickets include a private, full-service seated area with buffet, exclusive beer, and more.
