[July 15, 2026: The restaurant is closed indefinitely.] Bunny Ciao opened inside Hotel Lindo , bringing a fast-evolving Italian fusion concept to downtown Tucson. The 600-square-foot restaurant officially opened to the public on Wednesday, April 8, at 485 S. Stone Ave., blending global influence with local sourcing and a compact, design-forward space.

IOU Sushi III has closed. The all-you-can-eat sushi restaurant on North Oracle Road announced the news on Facebook after about 10 years in Tucson. “This is the hardest post I’ve had to write,” the owners said. Today, owners Pam Santangelo and Kevin Breutzmann keep the Tucson bar exactly as regulars remember it.
