It’s a place for shopping and mingling but there’s also a nifty bar for plenty of sippin’. Proper Shops also shares a patio with Jaime’s Pizza Kitchen, Scented Leaf Tea, and The Good Oak Bar — it’s a great spot to sit, have a conversation, and listen to the sounds of downtown.
