Tokyo Sushi operates as an all-you-can-eat restaurant in the former Izumi space. Executive chef Howard Wong and owner William Cheung, who also runs Hana Tokyo, developed the concept together. The restaurant seats up to 160 guests across roughly 5,500 square feet. Beyond sushi, the menu includes a build-your-own ramen bar, a fresh salad bar, a dessert bar, and an ice cream station.
