The main man behind the magic is Chef Nakajima, who grew up in Nagano, Japan, and you can totally tell he knows his stuff. Every piece of sushi is like a mini masterpiece, all thanks to his careful and spot-on skills. He keeps things old-school, focusing more on perfecting his sushi game than trying to mix it up with fusion stuff. Definitely a must-visit if you're in the area!
