UnCork’d Kitchen & Cocktails serves a gastropub-style menu and craft cocktails in a casual-elevated space on Tucson’s east side. The interior blends moody lighting with faux-croc leather booths and a sleek bar, creating a relaxed but stylish vibe. The kitchen is open until 11 p.m. Thursday-Saturday. Highlights include the Steak Frites, served with hanger steak and mushroom cream sauce over triple-cooked fries, Nom Nom Balls, which are mushroom risotto fritters with porcini powder and black garlic aioli, and Fish and Chips, featuring beer-battered walleye with green goddess coleslaw.
