The concise menu centers on seasonal and shareable dishes from castelvetrano olives, house-made foccacia and smoked carrots to a brisket burger, elote caesar and market fish.     From the fires of Pinnacle Peak Steakhouse comes Provisioner take-and-go! Provisioner brings both Cowboy and Sonoran cuisine to Trail Dust Town in a convenient take-and-go concept. All of the entrees are finished over a real mesquite wood fire and just about everything on the menu is made in-house. The menu is rooted in Tucson and features both classic Western flavors like pit beef brisket with horseradish along with familiar Sonoran ingredients like carnitas and chiltepin. The bread for the sandwiches, tortas, and hot dogs is from Alejandro's Tortilla Factory and the cookies are all baked from scratch! The restaurant is located within Pinnacle Peak Steakhouse and diners are welcome to take their orders out into Trail Dust Town or just back home to enjoy. Delivery options are also available and catering is coming soon! We are offering a special meal deal for Sonoran Restaurant Week 2026. Yellow Brick Coffee was founded in 2011 by Anna Perreira, a coffee connoisseur with an appreciation for food, culture and sociality.
