The Garage Eatery & Pub, located at 802 N. 4th Ave., will open at 11 a.m., February 14 in the space that previously housed Fourth Avenue Tire and Service Station and Fourth Avenue Service Station.
While the exterior of the building is minimally changed, the interior features a casual feel with west-facing glass garage doors, letting in plenty of afternoon sunlight.
Food options will be limited upon opening with items such as burgers, tacos, and salads, but will expand with other pub-style items.
Owner David Blair originally secured the space for Florida-based franchise Jimmy Hula’s, but shifted gears once plans fell through with his business partner.
