The bar will feature offer 40 craft beer taps, five rotating wine taps, and one kombucha tap.

Midtown tap room Craft, A Modern Drinkery announced it will host its grand opening from noon – midnight on Friday, November 2.

Beer reps from Stone Brewing, Modern Times Beer, Four Sons Brewing, and Belching Beaver will be on site from 6 p.m. – 8 p.m.

The space at 4603 E. Speedway Blvd., which previously housed Terry & Zeke’s, will offer 40 craft beer taps, five rotating wine taps, and one kombucha tap. Craft will also have 200 different canned and bottled beers.

Serial Grillers co-owners and brothers Travis and William Miller designed the space with a modern-industrial vibe in mind, featuring a custom black walnut table and counters, metal accents, and neutral colors. Approximately 68 seats will be inside with 24 seats outside.

Additionally, a section of seats will feature Nintendo Entertainment System and Super Nintendo Entertainment System gaming, televisions at the bar, areas geared for relaxation, and a jukebox.

While both existing Serial Grillers offer a wide range of beer taps, Craft, A Modern Drinkery will focus on beer instead of food.

Serial Grillers originally opened as a food truck in 2012, serving cheesesteaks and burgers named after serial killers. The following summer, they opened a brick-and-mortar restaurant followed by a second restaurant in 2017. A third location opened in September this year, with two additional locations in the works.
