"We are super excited and extremely grateful."

It’s possible you’ve eaten at the Mercado San Agustin location or grabbed a bite at the restaurant nestled in Joesler Village, but now there’s another spot coming soon.

Just a little north of Tucson, Seis Kitchen is opening its third location in Oro Valley sometime this summer — as soon as mid-July — at 9740 N. Oracle Rd.

In a year that’s brought many challenges to local businesses everywhere, owners Erika and Jake Muñoz are happy to know that they’ve officially broken ground.

“We are working with Sonya Sotinsky, who’s the architect and owner of local firm FORSarchitecture+interiors, to design the space,” said Erika Muñoz. “There will be a large wrap-around patio with an awesome view of Pusch Ridge.”

The new location will have a full bar with some “fun, new additions” that have yet to be revealed, and the familiar and regional Mexican cuisine that’ll be available for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks made for any time of the day.

Each of the menu items are prepared in-house and made to order with fresh, locally sourced ingredients such as handmade tortillas and fire-roasted salsas.

“We are super excited and extremely grateful to be able to expand during these times,” said Muñoz.

The Oro Valley restaurant’s hours of operation will be 8 a.m. – 9 p.m. Sunday – Thursday and then 8 a.m. – 10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.

Seis Kitchen is located at 130 S. Avenida del Convento Ste. 100,1765 E. River Rd., and its newest locations will be at 9740 N. Oracle Rd. For more information, visit seiskitchen.com.
