Over the weekend, the eWomenNetwork Foundation held its 2023 ICON International Conference in Dallas, Texas. The annual event is a gathering of women business owners, entrepreneurs, guest speakers, and more with an award ceremony that concludes the evening.
This year, Eris Movahedi, owner and operator of Espressoul Café, won the 2023 “Emerging Woman Leader of the Year'” award.
“Thank you eWomenNetwork for choosing me,” Movahedi shared on social media. “I was speechless. Thank you for all that you do and all the lives you impact positively. I am beyond grateful for you. I love you and I can’t wait to see what the future holds.”
eWomenNetwork has been around for decades, providing “powerful, effective coaching, valuable mentorship, inspiration, and motivation.” The main goal is to provide tools for women business owners, making it easier to obtain greater success.
Since 2021, Espressoul Café has been setting up shop in various areas around Tucson, dishing out its matcha lattes, smoothies, and unique coffee creations. Recently, Movahedi, who grew up in Iran, took her business to a whole new level by spending time in Italy — in Rome and Florence — where espresso has been perfected over the years of its existence.
Movahedi also offers catering — a perfect opportunity to celebrate with her after winning such an honorable award.
