Cheers! Mosaic Brewing Co. is Now Open on Oracle Road

December 29, 2023
By Matt Sterner

In October, the Serial Grillers Restaurant Group, which also owns Transplant Pizza and Craft, A Modern Drinkery, announced that they’re taking over Dillinger Brewing and rebranding as Mosaic Brewing Company.

There’s been a lot of buzz around the grand opening of the new brewery and the day has finally come. Mosaic Brewing is opening its taproom on Friday, December 29 at 3895 N. Oracle Rd. near Roger Road.

“After putting a ton of hard work and love into getting Mosaic Brewery ready, we are finally opening tomorrow for all of you beer lovers,” the team at Mosaic Brewing shared on social media. “Stop by for a pint or flight and check out the brewery!”

At the moment, the normal hours of operation will be noon – 8 p.m. on Friday – Saturday and then noon – 6 p.m. on Sunday.

The name will sound familiar if you regularly visit Craft and Transplant Pizza near Speedway Boulevard and Swan Road. They’ve had a few of the beers on tap there for a few months now and were using Dillinger Brewing’s facilities to brew it.

Mosaic Brewing Co. is located at 3895 N. Oracle Rd. Keep up with the latest by visiting mosaicbrewingaz.com and following Mosaic Brewing on Instagram.
