Tucson Originals Restaurants hosts “Bacon, Blues & Brews” September 15

Tucson Originals Restaurants is hosting its annual Bacon, Blues & Brews event with Local First Arizona at Brother John’s Beer, Bourbon & BBQ from 3-5 p.m. on Saturday, September 15.

The bash features a few of the Tucson Originals Restaurants as they prepare an unlimited amount of small dishes inspired by bacon.

At the event, guests can vote for their favorite dish, listen to live music, and drink local craft beer from Barrio Brewing and Thunder Canyon Brewstillery.

Tickets are $25 online and $30 at the door. Each ticket includes food samples and six beer tastings. Tickets are available at eventbrite.com.

Tucson Originals Restaurants began in 1999 and continues to grow as it recruits some of the city’s best restaurants to help preserve and promote local food. Founded in 2003, Local First Arizona is a community development organization focused on strengthening the local economy.
