35 E. Toole, the historic warehouse west of Borderlands Brewing Company in downtown’s Warehouse Arts District, will soon house a new dining and entertainment destination.
The building, constructed in 1928 and managed by Fenton Investment Co., features historic elements such as large windows, exposed brick, and 16-foot ceilings. Galactic Center was the previous tenant.
Approximately, 6,000 square feet of the property will be occupied by the restaurant group behind Reilly Craft Pizza & Drink. Stay tuned for additional details on their new concept.
Up to 8,000 square feet (or as little as 3,000 square feet) is available to lease. Space will be available for one to three tenants, depending on how many square feet each tenant ends up taking.
For leasing information contact Steve or Zach Fenton of Fenton Investment Co. at (520) 797-6700.
