Sonoran Restaurant Week runs from September 4 through 13, 2026, offering a variety of prix fixe menus across the city. Several spots are putting their own spin on pizza for the occasion, and below is a roundup of where to find it.

ANELLO

Anello sits in Tucson's Warehouse Arts District, with a wood-fired oven anchoring an intimate, minimalist dining room. The restaurant is known for its naturally leavened pizzas, made with house-stretched mozzarella and locally sourced ingredients. Signature dishes include the Verde pizza, topped with smoked mozzarella, parsley puree, and pistachios, and the Bianca pizza, with ricotta and chiltepín.

Prix Fixe Menu – $25 per person

Available for lunch and dinner.

Pizza Barbacoa, leek, caciocavallo cheese, spicy marinara, and lime.

Dessert Crystalized pepitas, white chocolate cream, and Dos Manos honey milk cake.

Dominick's Real Italian brings a traditional, family-style Italian atmosphere to Tucson, with warm lighting, brick accents, and classic red-and-white table settings. Regulars go for the lasagna, chicken parm, and garlic knots.

Prix Fixe Menu – Trilogia Italiana, $35

Available all day, September 4 through 13.

Primo piatto Dominick's Chopped Salad.

Secondo piatto: The Trilogia Italiana A trio of Dominick's Lasagna, Chicken Parmesan, and Fettuccine Alfredo.

Dolce Tiramisu.

Diners can round out the meal with a bottle of Valpolicella Chianti Classico for $39 or an Italian Margarita for $16.

Pronghorn Pizza serves wood-fired pizza on the crush pad at Dos Cabezas WineWorks, a winery producing Arizona wine since 1995. The setting makes for an easy pairing of a pizza slice with a glass of estate wine.

Prix Fixe Menu – $35 per person

Available for lunch and dinner. The meal includes a simple salad, a Dos Cabezas WineWorks wine tasting flight, and a Pronghorn Pizza. Modifications and additional toppings are available at an added cost.

Fentonelli's Pizzeria & Bar runs a scratch kitchen built around Italian-American pizzas, appetizers, pastas, and salads, with gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian options available. Dining rooms, a patio, and bar seating make the restaurant a fit for a casual family dinner or a date night.

Fiamme Pizza Napoletana keeps its focus on a wood-fired oven and Neapolitan technique in a cozy, minimalist foothills space. Signature dishes include the Margherita D.O.P., made with San Marzano tomatoes, fior di latte mozzarella, and fresh basil, along with the Capricciosa, topped with soppressata salami, artichokes, mushrooms, and olives. The Nutella pizza, served with seasonal fruit and powdered sugar, closes out the menu.

Fiamme offers two prix fixe options for Restaurant Week, both served without set courses.

Option one – $35 per person Any two 13-inch pizzas.

Option two – $35 per person Any one 18-inch pizza, plus a complimentary full-size salad. Choose Caesar, arugula, or Caprese.

Reilly Craft Pizza & Drink operates out of a restored 1906 funeral home downtown, blending original vaulted ceilings and stained-glass windows with a rooftop bar and a speakeasy-style cocktail lounge downstairs. The menu features artisan pizzas and house-made pastas, including the Yukon Gold Potato & Pecorino pizza with roasted garlic and rosemary, and the Pepperoni & Pickled Fresno Chile pizza with mozzarella and fontina.

Prix Fixe Menu – $45 for two guests

Starter Choice of one to share: Brussels sprouts, fries, Caesar salad, or apple, pecan brittle, and gorgonzola salad.

First Course Garlic Parm Bites, oven-baked bread bites with garlic herb oil and pecorino Romano, or a Caesar salad with romaine, Parmesan, and house focaccia croutons.

Second Course Choice of any 10-inch specialty pizza: Crowd-Pleaser, Herbivore, Five Cheese, Margherita, Quin Carne, or the White Pie.

Third Course New York-style cheesecake with a graham cracker crust, or tiramisu, an espresso-soaked house-baked ladyfinger cake with mascarpone cream and cocoa.

Zio Peppe blends Italian-American and Sonoran flavors in a modern, welcoming dining room built around an open pizza kitchen and stone hearth oven. Signature dishes include the El Rustico Birria Pizza, topped with beef birria, mozzarella, onion, and cilantro, served with a side of consommé for dipping.

Prix Fixe Menu – $45 per person

Available for lunch and dinner.

First Course Elote Arancini, made with street corn and risotto, lime crema, and queso fresco, or Calamarrones, calamari with chicharrones, salsa macha aïoli, sweet and sour citrus, and herbs.

Second Course Tagliatelle Scampi Calabacitas, with wild-caught Baja shrimp, calabacitas, mojo de ajo, crème fraîche, white wine, serrano, crunchy garlic, Pecorino, and cilantro, or Beef Short Rib Peposo, braised short rib with tamal polenta, ancho braising jus, onions en escabeche, and fennel.

Third Course Flourless Chocolate Cake, made with Del Bac chocolate, finished with a chocolate mirror glaze and espresso buttercream.
