TallBoys, a new concept slated to open in the space which Bodega Blu had originally announced opening in, will take over the former Pancho Villa’s Grill at 600 N. Fourth Ave.
Ben Schneider has obtained proprietorship and will head in an entirely separate direction.
“The concept is my version of diner, breakfast-centric food served 9 a.m. – 2 a.m. daily with a full bar,” Schneider said. “The reason we are called TallBoys is our bar will be stocked with an unbelievable amount of tall boy varieties.”
TallBoys is currently looking to hire line cooks, prep cooks, servers, and bar staff. Interested applicants can reach out to tallboysaf@gmail.com with the position they interested in as the subject, while the body must include past experience and the reason they want to work at TallBoys.
Operating hours will be 9 a.m. – 2 a.m. seven days a week. The tentative opening will be early July.
Keep your eyes peeled for a future article with additional details and photos.
