Don Pedro’s Peruvian Bistro has settled at a permanent location with a patio on Tucson’s south side. Additionally, they’ve added a second truck to their arsenal for events and catering.
The grand opening at 4101 S. 12th Ave will be held from 11 a.m. – 8 p.m. on Friday, January 12.
Don Pedro’s originally operated as a brick-and-mortar restaurant until closing in August 2015. Due to a landlord rent dispute, the restaurant went mobile with a food truck instead.
Don Pedro’s Peruvian Bistro Menu Highlights
- Anticuchos ($10) – beef heart skewers, fried round potatoes, rocoto salsa, Peruvian corn
- Lomo Saltado ($12) – stir-fried tenderloin beef or chicken, fries, tomatoes, onions, green onions, white rice
- Peruvian Shrimp Lo Mein ($14) – shrimp, sauteed pasta, onions, tomatoes, green onion, bell peppers
