“Drink This” is your source for the newest and freshest local beers in town. Breaking beer news about seasonal and specialty brews, one-offs, brand-new beers, and the freshest tappings of your favorite local standbys. The beers you need now, and where to get them while they’re fresh.

Hop in to the Pueblo Vida taproom immediately for a taste of this brand-new IPA while it’s still fresh as can be.  Resplendent with a passion fruit-and-cream vibe, and a nice measured bitterness from the hops that balance the juiciness. Magnetics is a 6.5% ABV IPA featuring Stratus, Sabro, and Galaxy hops.

Also available now in very limited quantities: Mango Margarita Infused Magnetics. I enjoyed a sidecar of the very limited mango margarita-infused Magnetics with my pint. Infusions are released Tuesdays and tap out quickly!

Trivia for hop heads:

The Sabro hop is a genetic “daughter” of the Neomexicanus hop strain, which can be found growing wild in secret spots around Mount Lemmon and elsewhere in Arizona.

Pueblo Vida Brewing Company is located at 115 E. Broadway Blvd. For more information, visit pueblovidabrewing.com.

Tucson’s barbecue options range from food trucks to full-service dining rooms. Some focus on classic Texas-style plates with butcher paper and simple sides. Others experiment with fusion dishes that blend barbecue with Mexican and Southwestern flavors. This variety gives diners plenty of options, whether they want a quick lunch or a sit-down meal.
