Fourth Avenue restaurant Ermanos Craft Beer & Wine Bar announced plans to partner with Albuquerque-based fried chicken chain Los Pollos Hermanos for three Tucson locations.
“We’re excited to revive the brand in the Tucson market,” said Gustavo Fring, co-founder of LPH.
While all 15 New Mexico LPH locations disbanded in season five due to an accounting incident, Ermanos co-owners Eric and Mark Erman are confident the collaboration will perform well in the Tucson market.
“I was researching fried chicken franchising and knew Los Pollos Hermanos was the right choice,” said Eric. “Since the new locations will be dubbed Los Pollos Ermanos instead, we’re saving a fortune by reusing a portion of the logo for our new brand.”
Diners can expect New Mexican specialties, beer incorporated into every menu item, and LPH’s signature fried chicken.
“Gus’ method for frying chicken is top notch,” said Mark. “While we can’t share the propriety secret ingredient, we guarantee you’ll be addicted.”
