Oregon-based drive-thru coffee chain Dutch Bros Coffee announced that its first Tucson location at 120 S. Wilmot Rd. will open on Tuesday, October 9.
To celebrate, all 16-ounce drinks are free on the opening day.
“We’re training close to 60 people and are excited to be part of the community,” said Jordan Gonsalves, regional operator with Dutch Bros.
Operating hours will be 5 a.m. – 11 p.m. daily. Holiday closures will be announced on social media.
Two additional locations are in the works for the Tucson area — stay tuned for confirmation on the exact locations.
Dutch Bros currently has over 290 locations in seven states, 25 locations of which are in Arizona. Locations are either corporate-owned or franchise-owned. The company, known for its sociable and friendly baristas, was founded in 1992 by brothers Dane and Travis Boersma.
