Harvest on River and Harvest in Oro Valley are bringing back monthly wine dinners to explore different varietals, regions, and wineries.
This month, Harvest is highlighting red and wine blends. The River location’s dinner is 6 p.m. on Tuesday, June 28, while the Oro Valley location’s dinner is 6 p.m. on Wednesday, June 29.
Harvest Wine Dinner Menu
First Course
- Melon, mozzarella, and prosciutto salad with balsamic caviar
- Paired with: Gruet Sauvage Brut
Second Course
- Pan-seared, citrus-marinated sea scallops over jicama
- Paired with: Franciscan Equilibrium White Blend
Third Course
- Beef roulades stuffed with roasted garlic, spinach, and roasted pepper over mushroom risotto topped with a goat cheese demi glaze
- Paired with: Saved by Clay Brock and Scott Campbell Red Blend
Dessert
- Chocolate raspberry truffle
- Paired with: Buena Vista The Count Red Blend
