Bin An’s Hoki Poki at 6501 E. Grant Rd. is now open.
While the interior hasn’t been fully decorated, Bin An’s (MiAn Sushi) new poke restaurant is open serving up poke bowls.
Guests can choose from a large variety of fish, including salmon, ahi, albacore, yellowtail, and more; a base, such as white and brown rice, or salad; and a variety of mix-ins and sauces.
The restaurant is fast-casual, meaning guests order at the counter upon entering, pay, then await their bowl.
