Once again, HUB Restaurant & Creamery and HUB Factory Ice Cream are both opening their doors for service on Thursday, June 11.
A lot of has happened over the last couple of months, too. You’ll notice some fresh changes to the restaurant’s dining room, an expanded patio experience, and also a brand new ordering process at the ice cream shop.

In accordance with the CDC and Pima County guidelines, the downtown restaurant is reducing its seating capacity, but also expanding onto the neighboring Playground Bar & Lounge’s rooftop patio on certain days.
On Thursday – Sunday on the Playground’s rooftop, HUB Restaurant & Creamery is introducing its “Six Foot Supper Club” dining experience, and then a “Six Foot Breakfast Club” brunch on Saturday and Sunday morning.
Plus, they’ll be serving a “greatest hits” menu, including their beloved Prime Fries, Fish and Chips, House-Made Pastrami, HUB Burger, pot pies, and salads. Another new addition to the restaurant is the option to order family to-go meals.

- 11 a.m. – 10 p.m. daily
Six Foot Supper Club hours (HUB menu on the Playground rooftop):
- 4 p.m. – 10 p.m. on Thursday and Friday
- 3 p.m. – 10 p.m. on Saturday
- 3 p.m. – 5 p.m. on Sunday
Six Foot Breakfast Club hours (HUB brunch menu on the Playground rooftop):
- 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday

Here’s the scoop on HUB Factory Ice Cream’s new changes: There is now a walk-up window for ordering, an option to pay inside, and an outdoor seating area you’re welcome to use for enjoying their savory treats.
