The former Jack in the Box 1,600-square-foot restaurant space at 4610 E. Speedway Blvd. now has a ‘coming soon’ sign for Kiwami Ramen.
We haven’t been able to reach anyone yet for official comment, but we did find this website: kiwami-ramen.business.site

Although the rendering above looks nice, it doesn’t quite capture the surround strip mall along Speedway so accurately. Click here for the ‘before‘. However, the interior rendering looks beautiful with a minimalist light wood aesthetic.
We also found a blurb on the real estate transaction from Real Estate Daily News:
“The tenant found this space ideal, because of its location, ” said James Robertson, Jr, CCIM. “This was a full renovation development project that had its own unique leasing issues, but with the cooperation of all the parties, we were able to reach the finish line.” This is the first of many Kiwami Ramen locations planned for Tucson. The tenant, Kiwami Ramen, was represented by John Hamner, CCIM and Julian Willetts both of ReMax Excalibur Commercial. James P. Robertson Jr., MBA, CCIM, Associate Commercial Broker with Realty Executives Arizona Territory handled the lease for the landlord.
Stay tuned for additional details.
