Burger smothered in a Bordeaux Gruyere sauce, layered with herb aioli, balsamic cranberry glaze, and herb drizzle on grilled La Baguette rolls with a French pickle
Mexican Chocolate French Toast
Buttered and drizzled with Mexican chocolate sauce, whipped cream, and Mexican cocoa
Scratch-made Eggnog
Finished with whipped cream and one shake of nutmeg
Bûche de Noël

- Fillings and Icing Options (made with French Buttercream and can be intermixed) – Espresso, Vanilla, or Chocolate

More about MattAt a very young age, Matt Sterner was gifted with the artistic ability to masterfully roll a burrito to the highest of standards, but the wrapped medley of delicious innards wasn’t his first love. Matt’s first true love was a combination of reading, writing, and creating.
