Enjoy the prowess of Chef de Cuisine Ryan Clark paired with hand-crafted tequila cocktails from Casino Del Sol Mixologist Aaron DeFeo at 6 p.m. on Thursday, September 1 at PY Steakhouse.
Six courses will pair with four cocktails featuring Patron Tequila. The fourth course, a palate-cleansing paloma sorbet, also features Patron.
Representatives from Patron Tequila will be on site to answer questions and share information on the Patron tequilas used.
Seats are $65 per person plus gratuity.

First Course
- Salted local melon juice
Second Course
- Sunchoke soup – pozole garnishes
- Paired with Cóctel de la Granja – Patron Single Barrel Reposado, elderflower, French aperitif, aromatics, lime and grapefruit oil
Third Course
- Tostada crudo – Hawaiian day boat opah, jalapeño, sorrel, aioli, avocado
- Paired with a cocktail of Patron Single Barrel Reposado, salted yuzu cordial, lime, Thai basil, and spice
Fourth Course
- Paloma sorbet – Roca Patron Silver, Jarritos, lime
Fifth Course
- Cumin-scented Duroc pork loin – aged molé, umami salad, benne seed oil
- Paired with a cocktail of macadamia nut-infused Patron Single Barrel Reposado, mezcal, oloroso sherry, orgeat, lime, and allspice
Sixth Course
- Orange sticky cake – burnt agave, fresh figs, habanero semifreddo
- Paired with a cocktail of Gran Patron Piedra Añejo 100% Tahona, Pedro Ximenez sherry, aromatics, and orange
