About 10 minutes west from the Biosphere 2 in Oracle, venture to SaddleBrooke Ranch’s new Ranch House Grill & Brewery.
Although SaddleBrooke is a retirement community, Ranch House is open to the public.
The restaurant seats 126 indoors and 40 outside with its scenic views of the Santa Catalina Mountains and SaddleBrooke golf course. The interior features a U-shaped bar, wood beams, and a stone fireplace for a warm vibe.
Ranch House executive chef Jose Salas previously worked at La Quinta Resort and Club in California and Loews Ventana Canyon Resort. The menu features comfort-style dishes with locally-sourced ingredients with influences from around the world.
Signature dinner options include the West Coast Crab Cake, Rosemary Lamb Loin, and Chicken Saltimbocca. A separate pizza station is also built into the restaurant.
“This new addition to SaddleBrooke Ranch is exciting,” SaddleBrooke Ranch food and beverage manager Stephen Derrick said in a press release. “The menu brings together a variety of elements, from Mediterranean to Italian to pub fare, and of course, our in-house beers.”

The restaurant’s brewery provides exclusive beers, such as a blonde ale, IPA, and monthly featured beer. Additionally, a climate-controlled wine wall displays the restaurant’s wine selection.
Operating hours are 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. daily for lunch and 5 – 8 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday for dinner.
Ranch House Grill & Brewery is located in the Ranch House at 31390 S. Amenity Dr., Oracle, AZ 85623. For more information, call (520) 219-2161 or visit robson.com.
