Sauce Pizza & Wine opens its fourth Tucson location today, June 13. The new location at 6450 E. Grant Rd. is next door to Prep & Pastry’s second location, which is scheduled to open June 28.
This the first Sauce opening in Tucson since Fox Restaurant Concepts sold the Sauce concept to restaurateur Scott Kilpatrick, one of the founders of Ra Sushi.
“We are thrilled to be expanding Sauce in Tucson,” said Kilpatrick. “This is where it all began. We are especially excited about the look and feel of this particular location and look forward to introducing our vision for the brand to the community.”

The 3,200-square-foot building features large north-facing sliding windows and adobe accents, providing a different feel than previous Sauce locations.
While the menu is nearly identical with pizza, other Italian dishes, beer, and wine, there is one crucial recent addition — the Pizza Cookie. You’ll definitely want to save room for the half-baked triple chocolate chip cookie dough with a scoop of gelato on top. The Pizza Cookie is available at all locations.
