Bacio Italiano is your chill, no-fuss Italian spot right on University Blvd., close to the University of Arizona.
Its drink game is on point, especially the wines. The pepperoni pizza is a crowd-pleaser, loaded with cheese and sporting a crispy crust — one of our favorite pizzas in Tucson. Also, it’s just a nice place to hang out, grab a slice, and unwind with a drink.
Opening in 2019, Bacio Italiano is now ready to unveil its first multi-course wine dinner at 943 E. University Blvd. #125. Each course is paired with a different wine. All dishes and wines are inspired by the central region of Italy.

- Crustini, kiwi coin, prosciutto, arugula tossed in marsala and shallot vinaigrette

- Seared king mushroom, brined and grilled artichoke heart, black truffle oil, roasted red bell pepper and thyme goat cheese, sorrel leaves
- Paired with Cecchi Chianti Classico
ENTREE
- Florentine steak medallions, red wine reduction sauce, carbonara, edible flowers
- Paired with Antinori Guado al Tasso Bruciato – Cabernet/Merlot/Syrah
DESSERT
- Prickly pear fruit tart, vanilla gelato, blueberry compote
- Paired with Il Poggione Rosso di Toscana – Sangiovese/Merlot/Cabernet
