Founder of the HAPPY Organization, Haile Thomas, created the Healthy Belly event in order to inspire healthier generations. This event will happen on Saturday, April 12th from 1-5pm at the YWCA, located at 525 N. Bonita Ave. Set to serve kids and families, guests will be able to participate in cooking demos, nutrition education, health tips, gardening projects, and more.
Presenters Include: Dish For Dosha, The UZO Method Project, The Grateful Goddess, Christy Wilson Nutrition, The Tucson Village Farm, Issa Mirazo Zumba Studio, and Desiree’s Yoga Pretzels.
Along with hands on activities, guests will receive a nutritious meal, recipes, herb plants, and ingredients to take home.
