Arizona Restaurant Week: North Italia

Fox Restaurants’ flagship Italian restaurant, North Italia, offers up quite the feast for fall 2014’s Arizona Restaurant Week.

For $30 per person, North Italia will offer:

First Course (Choose One)

  • Seasonal Soup
  • Heirloom Beet Salad – roasted beet, apple, arugula, hazelnut, ricotta salata cheese, lemon creme fraiche
  • Bruschetta – prosciutto di parma, crescenza cheese, grilled asparagus
  • Tuscan Kale Salad – crispy pancetta, grape tomato, gorgonzola & crumbled egg
  • Arancini – fried mushroom risotto stuffed with scamorza cheese & served with red sauce

Second Course (Choose One)

  • Bolognese – traditional meat sauce, tagliatelle noodles & grana padano cheese
  • Atlantic Salmon – roasted mushroom fregula, english peas, horseradish gremolata
  • Rosemary Chicken – daily roasted vegetables, lemon butter pan jus
  • Prosciutto Wrapped Pork Tenderloin – great northern beans, broccolini, tomato agrodolce

Third Course (Choose One)

  • Salted Caramel Budino– creme fraiche, maldon sea salt
  • Olive Oil Cake– fresh strawberry, macerated orange, mascarpone cream
  • Dark Chocolate Tart– nutella mousse, pecan toffee
