Some say good things come in threes, and there’s also be an age-old writing technique implying that anything in threes is more satisfying. Well, the same goes for local businesses sprouting up a third.

In other words, just a little north of Tucson in Oro Valley, Seis Kitchen is officially opening its third restaurant on Monday, July 26.

Owners Erika and Jake Muñoz signed the lease to the location last year, which is located at 9740 N. Oracle Rd., and had officially broken ground back in April 2021.

The new spot comes equipped with a full bar to complement its familiar and regional Mexican cuisine — available for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks made for any time of the day. Everything on the menu is prepared in-house and made to order with fresh, locally sourced ingredients such as handmade tortillas and fire-roasted salsas.

The local firm FORSarchitecture+interiors helped design the space and bring the large wrap-around patio to life, which Seis Kitchen’s co-owner Erika Muñoz says gives an “awesome view of Pusch Ridge.”

The Oro Valley restaurant’s hours of operation are 8 a.m. – 9 p.m. Sunday – Thursday and then 8 a.m. – 10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.

The addition of Seis Kitchen in Oro Valley is just one of a few that have recently moved to the area. Restaurants like Noodleholics and Tuk Tuk Thai recently opened up over the summer, with others planning to open soon, like The Landing — sister restaurant of Fini’s Landing.

Seis Kitchen is located at  9740 N. Oracle Rd.,130 S. Avenida del Convento Ste. 100, and 1765 E. River Rd. For more information, visit seiskitchen.com.
