Daily Happy Hour specials, too!

Proof Artisanal Pizza & Pasta opened its doors back in 2018 in St. Philip’s Plaza and the team has been tossin’ around deals left and right ever since.

Proof’s menu features a variety of artisanal pizza, bruschetta, pasta, sandwiches, salads, craft beer, wine, and more. All of the restaurant’s dough, sauce, soup, and mozzarella are made in-house, too.

So, if you need more proof of why you should stop by the Italian restaurant on Campbell Avenue, here are a few other reasons — a few daily deals they’re currently offering.

MARGHERITA MONDAYS

They’re serving up $11 Margherita Pizzas all day.

PIZZA & BEER TUESDAYS

If you’re skippin’ Taco Tuesday this week, try some Italian grub instead. Proof offers a combo of any pitcher of beer and any pizza pie for $22.

SPRITZ WEDNESDAYS

Quench your thirst and get over that hump in the week with $8 Spritzes all day long.

BOTTLE & BRUSCHETTA THURSDAYS

It’s almost Friday and you can celebrate by grabbing a bottle and bruschetta for $30. Bring a few friends along to partake in the tasty combo.

MIMOSA PASSPORT WEEKEND

For $30 per person and penny refills, you can enjoy all mimosa after mimosa from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.

They also offer a daily Happy Hour from 3 – 6 p.m.

During that time, soak up Happy Hour red or white wine for $6 a glass, $6 drafts of beer, $6 house bubbles, and $6 cocktails like the Moscow Mule, Mojito, Blood Orange Margarita, and Dark & Stormy — made with dark rum, ginger beer, and lime.

The food options during Happy Hour include $9 meatballs, Bruschetta for $7, and $8 appetizer bites like Cheesy Garlic Bread and Artichoke Dip.

Proof Artisanal Pizza & Pasta is located at 4340 N. Campbell Ave. #104. For more information, call (520) 789-7447 or visit prooftucson.com.
